RETURN POLICY:
If you are unsatisfied with your Wichita VIP Card for any reason contact us, within 30 days of receiving your card and we will refund your total purchase total.  After 30 days all sales are final and No refunds will be given.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
As a Wichita VIP member, the Wichita VIP Card is your ID and is NOT TRANSFERABLE. Your Wichita VIP Card / ID is your key to obtaining your discount. To receive discounts, please present your card when making your order.  Percentage discounts apply to pretax total unless stated otherwise.  When visiting a participating restaurant, discounts are not valid on take-out unless otherwise specified.

DINING IN GROUP:
When more than two people dine together, the rules are:
a) PERCENTAGE DISCOUNTS: are limited to a maximum of 6 people, unless otherwise specified.
b) Two-for-One Offers: are limited to a maximum of 3 Cards per table, unless otherwise specified.

TWO-FOR-ONE OFFERS:
Your least expensive item will always be the one deducted from your bill, to the maximum value offered by the establishment or service.  Two-for-One Offers are limited to a maximum of 3 Cards per table, unless otherwise specified.

PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT:
Maximum percentage discount is indicated, applicable up to 6 people, unless otherwise specified.  Restaurant discounts are valid on food orders only, unless otherwise specified.

CHILDREN'S MENUS:
When available, children's menus are NOT included in menupalace.com V.I.P. Card discounts, unless otherwise specified.  However, if the child with whom you are dining orders from the regular, adult menu, the usual discounts apply.

TIPPING:
Please remember that the staff serving you depend on Tips as part of their wages.  Tips for satisfactory service, food quality, etc., are recommended to be a  minimum of 15-20% of your Total Bill BEFORE your discount is subtracted.

NIGHT CLUBS RULES
VIP Valid until capacity and not valid on concerts or special events, unless otherwise specified.

OTHER DISCOUNTS:
Unless otherwise specified by the establishment, your discount can not be applied on top of other discounts or promotional programs offered (e.g. Daily Specials, Senior Citizen discounts, Seasonal Rates, etc.) Please check with the establishment.

HOLIDAYS:
Holidays may be EXCLUDED from your Wichita VIP Card discount, unless otherwise specified. These include, but are not limited to Christmas Eve/Day, New Year Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. Again, please check to be sure.  Some participating establishments may honour your Wichita VIP Card on Holidays.


ALL DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS CONTAINED WITHIN ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
While WichitaVIP.com has received confirmation of all discounts, offers and benefits from all suppliers involved in our program, WichitaVIP.com cannot be held responsible if these are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, however, WichitaVIP.com will attempt to secure compliance, and resolve any problems.
