The other alternative is to visit one of our partipating businesses and pick up a brochure. The brochure has a signup form that you can fill out and mail in.
A. Unfortunately, if you lose your card, you'll have to purchase another one. Your Wichita VIP Card can be thought of as money. If you lose it, someone else can find it and use it. It is very valuable and will bring you a huge return.
Q. Do I have to present my VIP Card each time I use in order to receive the discount?
A. Yes. You must present your Wichita VIP Card each time you go to a participating vendor in order to get their listed discount. Each vendor's discount varies, so be sure to check WichitaVIPCard.com for updated information to see if their discount will be applied to only the cardholder or the entire group.
Q. How many times may I use my VIP Card at locations that accept it?
A. You may use your Wichita VIP Card as many times as you like, at any of their participating vendors, until its expiration date.
Q. Do I need to show the listed discount in order to receive a discount?
A. No. The listed discounts are for your convenience. Only a valid Wichita VIP Card is needed to receive your VIP discounts. It is a good idea to carry a list of discounts with you to note all of the great money saving locations.
Q. What happens if a merchant does not want to honor the VIP Card?
A. If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid Wichita VIP Card, ask to speak with the manager. All participating vendors have signed, legal agreements with us. If for any reason you have a problem, after speaking with a manager at a location, please contact support@wichitavipcard.com immediately and we will resolve the issue.
